Is there a warranty for the machine?

All machines come with a one-year warranty for the machine host and three months for accessories, plus lifetime technical support and online after-sales services. Our customer service team is available online to answer any questions you may have, please feel free to consult them.

How is delivery handled?

We offer packaging options including wooden cases, cartons, aluminum cases, and standard export packing. Delivery methods vary based on your location and preferences, with options for door-to-door service via air, rail or sea transportation.

Our free logistics service includes rail and sea shipping, with delivery typically taking 22-45 working days. You also have the option to choose express delivery with an estimated delivery time of 7-15 days, which requires additional costs. With express delivery, you are responsible for handling customs fees and clearance personally. We will assist you with necessary customs clearance documents as needed.

Please note: Different countries have distinct customs policies. For countries where delivery may not be available, please contact us directly. International logistics costs, customs clearance procedure and tax rates vary by country, we appreciate your understanding that we cannot list every country individually. Please ensure you understand and fulfill your obligations accordingly.
